Wukong (悟空) stands at a high point, overlooking the city shrouded in mist and clouds. Light from the distant horizon shines along the ridgeline on his right side, creating a tranquil yet majestic scene. "Wukong" is the performance visual designed for an open-air theater in 2018. The play is adapted from the classic novel "Journey to the West," (西遊記) incorporating fire dancing, aerial acrobatics, and drumming to challenge the public's perception of traditional opera.
